A claimant sustained an injury to one of his eyes whilst working on a construction site when he was not wearing any goggles.
This caused him to gain blurred vision 2 years post-accident.
The claimant went through multiple eye surgeries over the 2 years in which his vision did improve but not significantly and it was then deducted that he had sustained a permanent eye injury as even contact lenses after multiple eye grafts would not help the claimants vision.
