A woman has been charged with driving whilst over the alcohol limit leaving a man paralysed.
The 18 year old woman was dangerously driving her motor vehicle when she collided with a Mitsubushi shogun at around 4.50am on Sunday.
Three ambulances were sent to the scene where the male involved injuries were described as life-threatening.
