Flight Delay Compensation Virgin Airlines

Over 100 passengers left stranded in Las Vegas due to a serious 33-hour flight delay.

The aircraft was scheduled to depart from Las Vegas at 4:30pm on Monday but did not depart until Wednesday morning leaving passengers confused and angry.

Furious passengers were told by a flight delay claim Virgin representative that the delay was due to a problem with the air-conditioning but was later told that there was a problem with the planes rudder.

All passengers was supplied with a hotel on the Monday night but was left stranded on Tuesday without any refreshments or food vouchers being offered in the airport terminal.

Virgin are now obliged to pay out flight delay compensation for all passengers who suffered this 33-hour delay.
