A previously banned driver who was involved in a fatal collision is no longer facing a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
The case has been ongoing for more than three years.
The lorry that the man was driving was in collision with a Renault Kangaroo van. The 30 year old man in the van died ten later from the injuries sustained in the crash.
The accident happened when the driver of the lorry was over taking three vehicles and collided with an on coming car.
As well as this, the lorry driver had also used a false drivers license to hire the lorry and was driving without insurance.
