Tottenham Hotspur has today confirmed that Andre Villas-Boas contact has been terminated. The sacking comes after a 5.0 home defeat to Liverpool on Sunday afternoon. The Tottenham statement says “”The club can announce that agreement has been reached with head coach, Andre Villas-Boas, for the termination of his services. The decision was by mutual consent and in the interests of all parties.” Spurs start to the seaspm has been poor and the club has struggled to score goals in the league. Spurs sit 7th in the premier league table, 4 points below a Champions League place and 2 points above Manchester United.
