A fatal road traffic accident involving three vehicles left one man dead and two others injured.
The bike accident occurred occurred northbound of the freeway at around 1 p.m. A 33 year old male was driving a Ford F250 pickup was pulling onto the right shoulder when it was hit from behind by a Honda CR-V which was being driven by a 48 year old female.
The woman then lost control of her car and collided with a Harley- Davison motorbike, the CR-V she was driving then rolled multiple times.
The 60 year old motorbike driver was thrown from the bike while the motorbike went off the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the Ford pickup driver and the CR-V driver were transported to hospital though there condition are not available. Investigations are still being carried out by the WSP.
