flight delay compensation
Under the EU regulation 261/2004 you can be awarded flight delay compensation from €250 to €600 (£190 to £450 at current rates) per person.

1.    Was the delay in the last 6 years?  Since 2010?
2.    Did you ARRIVE over three hours late?
3.    Was it an EU flight?  – That means leaving an EU airport (including Iceland, Norway and Switzerland) or arriving at an EU airport on an EU airline.
4.    Was it the airline’s fault? Airlines try to claim ‘extraordinary circumstances’ and technical faults as the reason behind the delay, however we would require evidence form them to support that it was fully out of their control.

The Airlines may not respond to the claim and we will regularly chase the issue on your behalf and ensure you are not losing any extra time to the airline.

If you are awarded flight delay compensation we would take our success fee for doing the work, from the compensation awarded and if the matter is unsuccessful there will be no charge – so you have nothing to lose.  Contact us today to claim your flight delay compensation.
