Qatar Airways flight delay leaves passengers clueless
A Qatar Airways aircraft which was scheduled to depart from London Heathrow at 6:00am on Friday but unfortunately didn’t depart until 2:00pm due to numerous technical faults on baord the aircraft.
Qatar Airways representatives belive that there was a problem with the breaks and the aircraft was leaking petrol which took a significant time to repair. Passengers were updated after 4 hours of waiting around the terminal clueless.
Holiday makers explain they was left stranded in a terminal not knowing what was going on also the fact that they was left without any refreshments, snacks or updates to what was occuring for over 4 hours before Qatar Airways representatives give them any updates or refreshment and snacks vouchers.
Furious passengers explained:
‘Well this was not a good start to out family holiday’.
