Passenger in fatal accident

A man has been charged after he caused a car crash which killed his passenger. The crash happened in Dover at 3:00pm. The 50 year old driver was going round a tight bend when the car went off the road and fell down an embankment rolling 70 meters away from where the bend was. His 51 year old passenger died at the scene.
