A 9 year old boy was involved in a car crash with his Mother, Father and two siblings. He was the only survivor but his parents were killed in the tragic road traffic accident. The boy managed to escape the car and call for help, a local farmer heard the young boy before the car went up in flames. Killing his parents and his sister, 6 and brother, 2.
A witness to the fatal car accident said that the young boy called for help as he was trying to get out of the crushed car after the truck rolled on top of it, He also said his Mother and Father were dead as he was trying to get out of the car.
A passer-by took the child away from the scene and waited for the emergency services.
The driver of the truck was charged with 4 counts of death by driving, failing to stop at a stop sign and reckless driving.
