Motorbike accident
A 48 year old lorry driver from Essex, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop.
Sadly a motorcyclist died when the HGV apparently pulled onto the roundabout and hit the motorcyclist. The victims bike collided with the HGV and she sustained fatal injuries.
Under UK Law her husband is only entitled to a mere £12,980 which will not even cover typical funeral expenses, headstones costs. We are currently trying to change the law and we are petitioning to have this amount reconsidered. Please help our petition with https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/120501.
