Mercedes Diesel Group Litigation Deadline Ends…

The High Court has ordered that if any affected Mercedes diesel owner wishes to bring a claim within the Group Litigation Order (GLO) they must do so by 22 January.

A notice put out by all solicitors involved in the GLO (R James Hutcheon Solicitors is one such firm) as instructed by the Court Order.

At this point we must advise that we are no longer taking on any further claims.
