Motorbike Fatal Accident Solicitors
On 16th Jul 2013 a man named by police as Neil Smitten, 42, was involved in a tragic motorbike accident. The motorcyclist was traveling down Tamworth Road on a Saturday evening just before 6pm when he collided with a Iveco van.
Members of the public reported a crash at the time however, despite emergency services’ best efforts to resuscitate him, Smitten was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have said the driver of the van has not been arrested.
