A Mother and Son went to a museum about ships and boats as the son had an interest in them. After they toured around most of the museum they came to a ship which had working parts. The Son was eager to go below deck on the ship and asked if that was possible. The tour guide said that he could but he must go down the narrow stair case backwards as the stairs were narrow. The exhibit was not lit very well and only a metal pole was provided for a bannister. The child fell from a great height and suffered a child brain injury Currently the action is on-going and compensation is being sought by the child accident solicitors to pursue a claim for compensation for the claim.
