Justice Prevails – Whiplash Injury Claimants get nothing!
A bill proposed by a Conservative peer Lord Hunt a partner in a multi-National Law Practice wanted to ban any compensation for whiplash injury compensation if the injured victim suffered a “loss of function” of less than 15%.
Instead of awarding compensation, he insists that they should be offered treatment. In the end this proposed amendment was withdrawn.
