Flight Delay Compensation.
A hearing took place in Manchester County Court in relation to airlines refusing to pay out flight delay compensation when a bird strike happens.
Most airlines are refusing to pay out compensation to affected passengers when their flight has been delayed due to a bird strike by using the excuse of an “extraordinary circumstance”, most passengers are unaware what “extraordinary circumstances” stand for, for example, extreme weather, such as severe snow and storms.
