A driver has been arrested over the death of a motorcyclist.
The victim, believed to be in his late 20’s, died after his bike was hit by a car on a corner of a road. The accident happened at around 9.15pm where police arrested a 66 year old man at the scene for causing death by dangerous driving.
A spokeswoman from the Royal Ambulance service spoke out saying the motorcyclist had suffered a cardiac arrest following the crash where he was then pronounced dead.
