Delayed Flight at Bristol airport for 36 HOURS

Once again Holidaymakers had their flight delayed, this time for 36 Hours due to a claim by Thomas Cook that the delayed flight wad due to staff shortages.
Hundreds of potential claimants were stuck and had to wait for alternative flights.
It was reported in the Daily Mail that:
“Furious families say their holidays have been ruined and have criticised Thomas Cook for failing to update them with information during the delay..”
