A dairy farm worker has been crushed to death by a bull that charged at him repeatedly before help could arrive.
The accident happened when the man who was working with the bull in a yard amongst a heard of dairy cows when it turned on him, ramming him against a gate several times.
A farm student had tried to intervene, but was unable to prevent the fatal accident. The injured man was rushed to hospital but sadly died eight days later.
