Abstract: A man was undertaking the construction on a wall in commercial building. He was required to strike the bottom corner of the wall when he sought the advice from a technician in another part of the building. When he left the room a compressed air hose became loose resulting in the wall collapsing. Several workers were injured. It was considered that the construction worker failed to fit correctly the compressed air hose and combined with a unsafe wall caused the workplace accident.
