Passengers travelling on flight number EY17 on the 11th February 2015 are able to claim flight delay compensation.
It is believed that the delay occurred in Abu Dhabi and arriving in London Heathrow.
Passengers were delayed in Abu Dhabi for an hour resulting in them missing there connecting flight to London Heathrow.
They was told that there connecting flight would wait for passengers, but as they landed they could see their flight departing.
Passengers was further delayed by 12 hours in Abu Dhabi until they could finally fly back to London.
