Compensation for delayed flight- Cathay Pacific.
Passengers who travelled on a Cathay Pacific flight departing from London Heathrow and arriving in Perth, Western Australia via Hong Kong on 27th December 2010 are able to claim flight delay compensation.
The passengers travelling to Hong Kong to catch there connecting flight to Perth was delayed for 4 hours causing them to miss there connecting flight. The airline advised passengers that the delay was due to ‘technical problems’.

Passengers choosing the second option would of resulted in them arriving twelve hours after their scheduled arrival.
