A company has been fined £100,000 and found guilty after they failed to ensure the health and safety of an employee after becoming trapped between a partition door and a support frame within their premises.
The fatal work accident happened when the male worker was working on the partitioning door when it collapsed onto him, trapping him by the neck and suffocating him.
