• If your flight distance was more than 3,500km between an EU and a non EU airport and your arrival delay was between 3-4 hours you are entitled to a £355 refund.
• If your flight distance was more than 3,500km between an EU and a non EU airport and your arrival delay was over 4 hours you are entitled to a £510 refund.
