Child sustains whiplash injury in car crash
A 4-year-old child who was involved in a rear-impact collision suffered a whiplash injury compensation claim. The child suffered severe with recurrent neck and shoulder pain one day post-accident.
The claimant’s mother took the child to A&E and was treated with minor whiplash injuries. The child was given a liquid form of ibrouphen.
Five months post-whiplash accident the medical expert reviewed the child and confirmed injuries seem to of been resolved .
The total damages from the whiplash injury added up to £2,000.
