A child was with her mother in the local supermarket going shopping. After the shop was done the child asked her mother to take her the toilet. After the child had been the toilet she was told to wash her hands by her mother. The supermarket never had a sink for a child’s height, she jumped up to turn the tap on, as she done so she hit the sink with her teeth causing the loss of her two front teeth. She also suffered bruising to the chest.
