Summary:Due to a child road accident a boy aged three suffered with whiplash injuries and shock. His father took him to hospital where he was examined and advised the child suffered from whiplash. The whiplash only lasted just over two weeks and was given child paracetamol. Though after the accident the child’s behavior changed. He became aggressive towards his friends at nursery, clingy towards his parents, reluctant to go to bed and wet the bed.
The child did not miss nursery school and received counseling to stop his aggressive behavior. As a result of this the child recived £2500.
