Abstract: A man was undertaking the construction on a wall in commercial building. He was required to strike the bottom corner of the wall when he sought the advice from a technician in another part of the building. When he left the room a compressed air hose became loose and when both he and the technician returned the wall had collapsed. Several workers where injured.
It was considered that the construction worker failed to fit correctly the compressed air hose and combined with a unsafe wall caused the workplace accident.
