A man of fifty six was working on a construction site when he suffered a tragic accident. The man was using tipper trucks which could weigh up to 44 tonnes. He was tipping building material on a site when another driver came and started tipping limestone in the same place as he was told to. He lifted the trailer and it overturned falling on top of him, this caused his death. It is well known that these vehicles carry risks and that regular risk assessments and checks should be carried out.
