Subject: Disaster helicopter plummets into North Sea.
14 oil workers and two crew members have all been killed when their aircraft plunged into the North Sea.
The accident happened when the men were returning from a platform when the helicopter’s main rotor gear box suffered a catastrophic failure.
Families of the victims have expressed anger that there has been no criminal prosecution following the crash.
