How can we offer a free service?
As solicitors the law says that your opponent's insurance company must pay our costs, providing they are reasonable if we win your claim. Therefore the insurer pays you your compensation in addition to our costs. The costs that we recover pays us for the work we undertake on your behalf which means that all of our clients have received 100% of the compensation they have been awarded.
What it costs if you lose?
Nothing. We will either obtain insurance for you to cover your costs or we will use your existing insurance or other cover you may have to pay your legal costs should your case fail. Simply Win pay nothing, lose pay nothing.
